1. I need an express delivery, what should I do?

If an express delivery is needed, please contact us at info@gokukui.com in advance. We will inform you of the options. Depending on the delivery option an additional cost might be included.

2. My order is late.

The delivery date depends on the courrier or post services, so, in seldom cases, the late delivery might occur. If that happens, please send us an e-mail with your order number included and we will find out the reason it's late.

3. Do you offer International(outside EU) delivery?

Yes, we deliver internationally. We can offer a delivery via courier or with Registered Mail.
